Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to voting purchases made on the World League of Beauty and Fashion (WLBF) website, operated by Gagik Khachaturyan PE. All payments are processed through Amio Bank VPOS.

Service Description

• Voting is a digital service priced at $1 USD per vote
• You are redirected to Amio Bank VPOS for secure payment
• Votes are applied to the selected contestant after successful payment
• This is an intangible digital service with no physical delivery

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are available only for:

• Technical errors resulting in failed vote delivery
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Payment processed but votes not applied
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

Non-Refundable Situations

• Votes that have been successfully applied to contestants
• Change of mind after purchase
• Voting for the wrong contestant (user error)
• Requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase
• Dissatisfaction with competition results

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at worldlbf@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase
2. Include "REFUND REQUEST" in your email subject line
3. Provide your transaction number or payment confirmation from Amio Bank
4. Describe the issue in detail
5. Include screenshots if applicable

Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed within 48 business hours
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Amio Bank
• You will receive email confirmation of refund status
• Bank processing times may vary
